Pin Frog Round
This is your secret power in the sustainable florist toolkit. Giving you control over the placement and angles of stems, a pin frog (know as a Kenzan or flower frog) is at the base of nearly every arrangement I create. The spiky bases hold woody and green stalks, in any position you want. Make criss-cross cuts into the bottom of larger twigs, to stick them in more easily.
The Niwaki Pin frogs are the sharpest and sturdiest we’ve come across- the very best quality.
The Medium Round Pin Frog measures 61 mm across and the large is 81 mm across, both allow the freedom to turn shallower vessels into vases- perfect for lower table centrepieces and a myriad of other beautiful floral designs.
Use Florist’s clay to fix them to the bottom of your favourite vessels.
Use the straightener to straighten any bent pins.
