Can I visit the alma | proust farm & Studio?
Our farm and studio are not open to the public. We do, however, occasionally offer workshops and classes. Please sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about these.

Do you have any job opportunities?
Sorry, we do not currently have any job opportunities. We sometimes require freelancers and seasonal help, so do feel free to send us a cover letter, including portfolio images (if for design work) and references, so we can add your details to our system.

Do you ship worldwide?
Due to customs restrictions we are unfortunately unable to ship seeds outside of the UK. We cannot send to NI or Channel Islands at this time.
My order hasn’t arrived, where is it?
We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days. During a seasonal release, this changes to 7-10 working days. All orders are sent via Royal mail on a Tracked 48hr service.

How many seeds are in a packet?
On each individual product page you will find the approximate seed count listed underneath the growing instructions. We pack each seed packet by hand, by measuring out the weight and volume of seeds.
Shop Questions
I entered the wrong address at checkout, how do i amend this?
If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately using the contact form here.
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll happily make the necessary changes.
Please note that Royal Mail does not cover us for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. Therefore, if an incorrect address was entered during checkout, the customer is responsible for any associated costs, including the original shipping fee and any re-delivery attempts.
I’d like to return my order, how do i do this?
If you would like to return your your order or part of your order we offer a full refund within 10 days of delivery. Proving the item is returned in the same, saleable condition as when it was sent/purchased, you will receive a full refund, minus the cost of postage & packaging.
Our returns policy applies to all products on our website except for seeds which are all sales are final.

Can I combine two orders?
Due to the volume of orders we receive and as we process orders quickly, we unfortunately cannot combine separately placed orders.
My order has arrived and it’s incorrect, what do i do?
If you receive the wrong item or if your order is missing something, please contact us here.
How do i store my seeds?
We advise storing your seeds in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight. Seeds store best when the temperature does not fluctuate.
Can i stock your seeds in my shop? DO you offer wholesale discounts?
