Shipping policy

Once an order has been placed, it will be wrapped and packed with love and despatched within 3 working days unless otherwise specified.

Being a small business we simply can’t compete with the big corporations to get the orders flying out the door in seconds. We have a small team, but we often manage to get the orders out within 2 working days or less. If there’s a special sale on, please be patient, we often have thousands of orders to process, and it takes time to do it well.

Every order means the world to us. So although we can’t compete with speed, we hope the love, care and thought that goes into getting it out to you makes up for that. Thank you for supporting small business!

Due to customs restrictions we are unable to ship seeds outside of the UK. We cannot send to NI or Channel Islands at this time.

As we process orders quickly, we cannot combine separately placed orders

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is inputted correctly at checkout.

If you realise an error, do let us know as soon as you can, and if the order has not already been despatched we can alter it for you. Royal Mail does not cover us for incorrect address’ so if inputted incorrectly at checkout, the product and shipping is liable by the customer in this circumstance. If you have made a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact below and stating your order number and correct address.
