Shipping policy
Once an order has been placed, it will be wrapped and packed with love and despatched within 7 working days unless otherwise specified. Being a small business we simply can’t compete with the big corporations to get the orders flying out the door in seconds. We have a tiny team and a tiny baby in tow but we often manage to get the orders out within 2 working days or less- if you’re in a rush to receive the items, do drop us an email before you order and we will try out best to help and can discuss putting in on an express service for you.
Every order means the world to us. So although we can’t compete with speed, we hope the love, care and thought that goes into getting it out to you makes up for that. Thank you for supporting small business!
Shipping is to the UK only.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is inputted correctly at checkout. If you realise an error, do let us know as soon as you can, and if the order has not already been despatched we can alter it for you. The Royal Mail does not cover us for incorrect address’ so if inputted incorrectly at checkout, the product and shipping is liable by the customer in this circumstance.
