Everyday Sakagen Studio Snips
*In my opinion, these are the very best snips
Slicing through thick branches and delicate stems like a hot knife through butter, you’ll be snipping like a pro with this most comfortable, lightweight, and impressively powerful tool. These are surprisingly robust and can handle some really tough cuts.
Like so many other florists- I’m fully obsessed with Sakagen flower scissors. These snips are in a serene white, with a beautiful black leather blade sheath, they come in a lovely box too- perfect for gifting.
It’s good practise to keep your snips clean- this helps to prevent disease spreading when you’re harvesting, and to have an immaculate cut when designing with your blooms helping the stems have longevity in the vase. I find that a good pair of white snips naturally offer up reminders to clean them! Try the Crean-Mate eraser to keep them spick and span.
I hope you love using them as much as I do.
It’s super important to have a pair of good snips- it will not only help plants avoid damage and disease, but a clean cut can help extend the vase life of your flowers too. Plus, with a bit of TLC a good quality pair of snips will last and last.
